About Passes

  • A Festival Pass is a single wristband that is worn all three days.
  • A wristband is valid for the entire weekend that you purchased.
  • A wristband is only valid for the specific weekend that you purchased.
  • A wristband is required to enter the parking, camping and venue grounds.
  • Attendees must scan out when exiting the venue in order to scan back in again.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
  • Do not put your wristband on until you are on your way to the festival and have registered it.
  • Wristband registration required via the Coachella Mobile App.

  • Limit Eight (8) Festival Passes of any combination per weekend.
  • Limit Two (2) Camping sites per order.
  • Limit One (1) Companion Camping Parking Pass per order.
  • Orders over the limit in any combination of orders and/or passes are subject to cancellation at any time without notice.
  • Any orders found to be placed for yourself or others to circumvent the Festival Pass limit, regardless of method, will be subject to cancellation of order and pass (with refund) at any time, without notice.
  • Onsite campers must also have a Festival Pass.
  • All sales are final—no refunds, cancellations or exchanges (unless the festival is postponed or canceled).
  • Minimum browser requirements required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.
  • Please read the Terms of Sale and Festival Ticket Terms you are agreeing to when obtaining passes.
  • Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

Payment Plan

  • $49.99 down due at time of purchase, then divide the remaining balance equally, monthly, through 3/7/25

Payment Plan Info

  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last.
  • Only $41 flat fee for payment plan. No added interest.
  • PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full.
    • There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not be eligible for the Waitlist until it has been paid in full.

Defaults convert to Coachella Credit

  • For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Coachella Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire 12 months from time of issuance.

Missed Payments

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is due, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid will be issued as a Coachella Credit that can be used toward future Coachella purchases. Credit expires 12 months from issuance. No exceptions.
  • It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
  • Coachella/AXS is not responsible for failed, blocked, misdelivered or bounced email delivery.
  • Your order will not be delivered unless it has been paid in full.

Getting Your Order / Shipping / Delivery

  • It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid shipping address on file for your order(s). You may add, update, or change this in your AXS Coachella FanAccount after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline. You must do this for each individual order you place.

Important Dates & Details

  • The last day to update your festival passes shipping address is February 26, 2025 for weekend 1 and March 5, 2025 for weekend 2.
  • Shipping is anticipated to begin in approximately early to mid March.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed.
    • Your patience is appreciated as it will take a minimum of four weeks to complete shipping for each weekend. Weekend 1 will start first, then Weekend 2.
    • Please also check your spam/junk folder.
    • Coachella is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
  • The last day to place a domestic order and have it shipped: Weekend 1 – March 28, 2025 | Weekend 2 – April 4, 2025.
  • Domestic orders placed after these dates must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
  • The last day to place an international order and have it shipped: Weekend 1 - March 14, 2025 | Weekend 2 - March 21, 2025. All international orders placed after these dates must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
  • We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to March 30th (Weekend 1) or April 6th (Weekend 2).
  • Wristbands for both weekends will ship via UPS Mail Innovations.
  • UPS Mail Innovations claims that international shipping takes approximately 4-14 days from receiving a shipping notification to delivery. However, delivery times might vary by destination. Please keep this in mind when making travel plans.
  • If you have not received your order by Weekend 1 - April 7, 2025 or Weekend 2 - April 14, 2025, please reach out to support to have your order set for will call/Box office.
  • General Admission Lockers are AXS mobile ID digital passes that will be sent to the AXS or Coachella mobile app beginning in early April 2025.
    • Approximately 1 week before the show, your locker assignment and lock combination will be sent to the email address associated with your order

Shipping / Delivery Rules - MUST READ

Do not order passes for someone else if you are not able to go to our offsite Will Call/Box office if needed. Read rules below!

  • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at our offsite Will Call/Box office.
  • International orders that select domestic shipping will get stuck and may end up having to pick up at will call. Make sure you select your shipping country and choose International Shipping.
  • Orders sent to our offsite Will Call/Box office must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering.
    • If the “ship to” name is different, the "ship to" name will NOT be able to pick up at will call. Both names must match.
    • No name changes allowed.
    • No Alternative box office pick ups allowed.
    • No exceptions.
  • There is NO will call/box office for order pick up at the venue.
  • Shipping/Delivery fees will not be refunded for undeliverable/lost/stolen orders.
  • Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $15 up until our shipment cut off.
    • Shipment must have been received back by sender before request.
    • Exceptions may apply. Absolutely no name changes allowed.
    • No guarantee of reshipment. See above.
  • Orders assigned / changed / ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the offsite Will Call/Box Office.
    • Location/hours details to be posted closer to festival dates.
    • There is NO will call pick up at the venue.
  • $15 fee for Domestic & International delivery added to each order.
  • No shipping fee for orders placed during the Advance sale in May 2024.
  • No shipping fee on orders containing just a Line Up Poster or Hoodie.
  • International customers will have the option to choose Will Call delivery at time of purchase.
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • Festival passes may be shipped in one complimentary commemorative package per wristband order (not per pass or wristband). The condition of the package is not guaranteed. Commemorative packaging is not considered part of the order and not utilized for non-admission.
  • Posters are shipped separate from your festival passes, after the festivals are over.
  • For Hotel Package guests, NEW for 2025, your order will be shipped as outlined above. Contact Valley Music Travel for any questions.

  • Absolutely No name changes allowed. No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
  • There is NO will call/box office for order pick up at the venue. You must go to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
  • Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
  • For wristband help, please remember the wristband must be registered in the name of the person seeking assistance at the window.
